New Construction Inspections

Pre-Pour Inspection (Phase-1)

Start with a foundation you can trust

Before any concrete is poured, it’s essential to ensure the groundwork is prepared right. That’s where our Pre-Pour Inspection comes in. We evaluate all elements beneath the slab, including footings, rebar or post-tension cables, plumbing lines, electrical conduit, vapor barriers, and site grading, to confirm that everything is up to code and ready to support your home. At this stage, small mistakes can lead to big structural issues down the road. We ensure that the builder gets everything right from the start.

Pre-Drywall Inspection (Phase-2)

Take a deeper look before walls go up
This is your opportunity to see what’s going on behind the scenes, before it’s covered up. During our Pre-Drywall Inspection, we thoroughly evaluate the interior components of your home, including framing, electrical wiring, plumbing lines, ductwork, and insulation. We also check window and door installations, as well as crawl spaces and any structural features. Having this inspection, you will know that everything is properly installed, secure, and meets local building codes. Issues at this stage can be easily fixed in a cost-efficient manner.

Final Phase Inspection

Make sure the home is built perfectly
Before closing day arrives, it’s important to confirm that everything in your new home is complete, safe, and working properly. Our Final Phase Inspection takes a close look at finishes, fixtures, appliances, outlets, plumbing, HVAC systems, and more. We inspect both interior and exterior elements to ensure your builder has met their responsibilities and that nothing has been overlooked. This is your last chance to check the home before you move in. We’ll help you spot where touch-ups or repairs are needed.

11-Month Warranty Inspection

Get things fixed under the builder’s warranty
Most new homes come with a 12-month builder warranty, but by the time issues show up, that window is almost closed. Our 11-Month Warranty Inspection is designed to identify post-move-in concerns, such as settling cracks, leaks, insulation gaps, HVAC issues, or wear and tear that may not have been apparent at move-in. You can share the report we prepare after a thorough inspection with your builder and request repairs while they are still covered under the warranty.
