My husband and I went under contract very quickly with only a few days to get inspections done. Serenity was out there the next day to do the home inspection. Todd Walker was our inspector and he was extremely detailed. Once he was done he walked us around and pointed out anything he noted or to keep in mind. This is our first house together so I had a ton of questions and he answered every single one. He was ver professional and polite and we received the report by the end of the day. Definitely recommend paying for the infrared inspection to check for moisture intrusion and the like. The report is incredibly detailed and easy to read/understand. If I ever need another service like this I would 100% go with Serenity again. Thank you for making this process just a little bit easier.
Brian was great during the inspection. He narrated what he was looking for/measuring/inspecting. He went above and beyond on the HVAC. So thorough. Jordan, the owner, responded to my request at 8:30 pm! He set up an inspection for the next day, a Saturday. Got the full inspection report the next day, Sunday. Totally recommend Serenity!
Very responsive, polite and professional. They always answered the phone, showed on time and delivered the very comprehensive report in a timely manner.
